Every year we turn the thermostat down for comfort. This year I'm turning it up — up to 1776! Independence was never won by people who stayed comfortable. It was won by people who prayed first and signed their names to the consequences after. —Brian

Thermostat Set to 1776!

🎆🧊 Crank up the AC! And this year, I'm setting the vital thermostat to 1776!

Not 78. I don't care what the laughable "socialist" crowd says is responsible.

1776 is the year a bunch of farmers, tradesmen, and stubborn lawyers looked the most powerful empire on earth dead in the eye and said, "no."

No permission. No committee. No one managing their lives.

That's in my blood. It's in yours too, whether you've forgotten it or not. We weren't built to comply. We were built to push back — sweaty, loud, and free.

So I'm cranking the AC this Fourth of July. I'm firing up the grill. And I'm firing up the real thermostat. And I'm not apologizing for anything.

Happy Independence Day. Stay free.

⚖️ A Nation Still Being Written — God, the story didn't end in 1776. Raise up men and women today with the same resolve to stand for truth regardless of the cost. Let our courage not be a museum piece but a living pattern for how we live now.

🛡️ Lord, protect this nation by Your sovereign hand — You govern nations. We ask for Your protection over America — its people, its children, its institutions. Where the Church has been absent from its post, cover what we have left unguarded. Have mercy on us and hold this nation in Your hand.

As you pray, tune in to the Father’s heart. Resonate with the sharp prayer edges he surfaces in the Spirit. Leave “white space” in prayer for fresh prayer improvisation.
