In God’s care: the true watch over a country
God’s overruling providence guides everything.

Kingdom Friend,
Thanks for praying! This week we affirm that the Lord of all keeps a true watch over the country. We participate with him.

In God’s care: the true watch over a country
John Quincy Adams was the 6th president of the United States. He was the son of the 2nd president, John Adams.
He said in his inaugural address on March 4, 1825, that unless the Lord keeps us, we watch in vain.
"Knowing that 'Except the Lord keep the city, the watchman waketh in vain,' with fervent supplications for His favor, to His overruling providence I commit with humble but fearless confidence my own fate and the future destinies of my country."
“Prayers outlive the lives of those who uttered them; outlive a generation, outlive an age, outlive a world.” — E.M. Bounds

President John Quincy Adams knew that God’s overruling providence guides everything.
Father, as we anticipate the presidential inauguration this Monday, January 20, we acknowledge your PROVIDENCE OVER EVERY DETAIL in our nation. May our supplications be FERVENT. We need your FAVOR.
All-powerful God, we ask for your hand in ensuring SECURITY, maintaining ORDER, and fostering a peaceful TRANSITION OF POWER.
Let’s join together in prayer for the SENATE’S ROLE IN REVIEWING AND APPROVING APPOINTEES for the new administration. We believe for an administration that sets a high standard—standing firm against lawlessness and incompetence.

This is just so POWERFUL🔥🔥🔥
Nearly EVERY SINGLE OHIO STATE PLAYER ran out of the tunnel, GOT ON A KNEE, and said a prayer before their victory against Texas...
